Delivery / Dispatch

Conditions for delivery:

All EU customers prices are including their local VAT charges. All non EU buyers pay only net prices, but customs duties & VAT may apply on import.

We deliver only against payment in advance. You can choose between following payment types: Shopify Payments, Wire Transfer, Paypal or cash & carry. For our business customers we do also offer SEPA B2B debit.

Please be aware that we only can progress your order during our regular office times (Monday till Friday 9am to 5pm).

1. We charge following Shipping costs:
Inside Germany with GLS:

each parcel 5,95 €

(For oversize and overweight freight we get in touch with you to work out a dispatch option.)

Rest of the world & EU.

We are shipping to nearly all european countries and beyond, if your destination is not listed, please write a mail to info@aroundmusic.de and we sort this out for you. We cannot list all shipping costs here, but you'll see the options in checkout. 

 

2. Conditions for delivery

We only deliver against payment in advance. The single exception is Cash on delivery, which is just available for inner german shipments. Please make sure you have enough cash if you ordered Cash on delivery. If not otherwise stated we ship your order within 1-3 working days.

Our standard delivery partner is GLS or DHL, but we reserve the right to choose a different shipping company. Large shipments and international orders may take longer, but the usual dispatch time is 2-4 working days. 
UK orders are going with DHL, once the parcel has passed export customs the tracking number can be also tracked at parcelforce (who is also responsible for customs charge collection)

We reserve the right to offer in some cases only advance payment as payment method. All prices stated include the actual german tax of 16%. I f you are a business customer, please get in touch by mail as we offer special reseller terms!

Solely the terms and conditions of the company amd around music distribution GmbH apply. Jursidiction for payment and dispatch is Kassel. All prices in this shop are subject to change. We are not liable for presentation or printing errors.
